ORAL TOPICS FOR THE FINAL EXAM (tuestay, february 3)
1. DESCRIBE AN ACCIDENT OR RESCUE ANECTODE, IT COULD BE TRUE OR IMAGINARY, USE THE PAST CONTINUOUS AND PAST SIMPLE TOGETHER.
2. DESCRIBE YOUR LIKES AND DISLIKES FOR THE PRESENT AND DESCRIBE YOUR DREAMS ALSO, USING SOME PHRASES WITH LIKE DOING OR DISLIKES DOING AND WOULD LIKE TO DO.
3. TALK ABOUT AN OBJECT, DESCRIBE IT SAYING WHAT IT IS USED FOR AND ITS IMPORTANCE FOR OUR LIFE, USE SOME SENTENCES IN PASSIVE.
4. TALK ABOUT WHAT YOU HAVE DONE AND WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN DOING IN YOUR LIFE. USE PHRASES WITH THE PRESENT PERFECT SIMPLE AND THE PRESENT PERFECT CONTINUOUS.
5. DESCRIBE YOUR DREAM HOUSE, GIVE AS MANY DETAILS AS YOU CAN. USE QUANTIFIERS AND PROPOSITIONS OF PLACE.
Activities (finish them all by January 28)
1. Edit your profile.
2. Write an article of at least 150 words about how your life has changed. Say what were your hobbies in the past, what you like doing now, and how you think your life will be in the future. Put some pictures.
3. Write one comment to one of your classmates' articles.
4. Read the article about the Maldives. Follow the instructions and answer all the questions on a separate paper. Hand it to me by friday 16. You can work in pairs.
5. Write an article about a city (not one in Ecuador), that you would like to visit. Describe its main sights, the weather, nightife, and say why you would like to visit it.
6. Write one last comment to one of your cassmates' articles.
7. Read the story "The Interlopers" and answer the questions.
